As for Georgetown, history means nothing. It is in the past and is meaningless. And academically we are pretty much right with Georgetown. Our city, region, and girls are better. So there is really no contest.

Grandstaff is the Coach of about 4 of our top prospects in 2015

Layout, History, landscape, architecture, outdoor activities, food, nightlife etc... International city vs landlocked w no hills in Tx. Girls aren't nearly as attractive, but they aren't nearly as snooty either.

Weather is terrible, it's impossible to get around, the city is run by morons, and it's expensive as hell. DC is fun to visit, but give me Dallas any day.

I lived in DC for almost a decade and I can tell you, it is absolutely the worst place in the world. Period.

I'd rather move to Kabul.

Weather isn't terrible, it's average. No more cold than dallas is miserably hot. City has always been run by morons, but never effected my life in the least. It's very expensive. Dallas is just ugly, IMO. Flat, all concrete, master planned suburbs etc. I never met anyone from legit areas, outside of Texas, that went to smu and decided to stay in Dallas. In most cases, it's a 4 yr race together back to the east coast or Cali.

Defintiely worse winters in DC and the summers are terrible with the humidity- I'd much rather be in Dallas for June/July than DC.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. I love visiting DC but living there would drive me nuts. Give me hot girls with bad personalities, planned suburbs, and a cheap cost of living any day of the week.

I'll never bag on someone for hating Dallas. I'll never bag on someone for hating DC. They're both great places to some people, and the pit of hell to others. I've lived in both long enough to know that basically everything said about both cities here is true, lol.

There isn't really anything to do in Dallas other than eat and drink, and yes, DC is run by morons, they tax the ever-loving-sh*t out of you, micromanage your life, and if you have a car/gun/dog, screw it, move to Virginia. Oh, and it's a prerequisite to be horrifically crooked to run for local office. But there's a lot more to do.

If I could use one word to describe DC women, it's frumpy. They aren't that good looking, and just don't give two sh*ts about it.

For Dallas, it'd probably be narcissist. If you aren't spending money on something to make yourself look outwardly more beautiful, you aren't doing it right.

Anybody with the money ought to open a decent Tex-Mex place in DC. Make bank. The city has garbage Mexican/Tex-Mex food.

Tortilla Coast. Run by Texans. Great Bob Armstrong Dip (off menu).

I once caught Pete Sessions there flirting with a staffer, as she explained her love for Radiohead and My Monrning Jacket.

Priceless.

I used to work for him, lol. I've also eaten there a dozen times. Used to go there before bocce ball. It's alright. Good happy hour drink specials. Disappointing that the Coast and Bullfeathers close so early. I wish there were even a Chuey's around. I'm about five minutes from a Chevy's...which is disgusting. Closest one is in Richmond.
