Huge foul discrepancy, but Tech fell way behind and pressed the whole game. lots of reaching going on. Also, they didn't really take anything to the rim on O

Much more Manual please. He has a heck of a burst and plays under control. Could be a great player. Has Vilde committed a crime? he can't even get a minute now? La Tech was small and not good but we can still use a body like Vilde in the paint for when we play more legit teams. The game today should not have been close at the end, shoulda put them away at home.
I would like to see much more of the lineup of Manual plus the South Dallas 4: Giles, Williams, Jones, Cunningham. Unless Cotton snaps out of the mid season funk, you look forward plugging in Russell right away next year. Gotta get Manual experience now. Even today Frog was getting used on the defensive end.

Can Doh please yell at the players during practice but quit yelling at them like a fool and trying to embarrass them during the game? The way he yells at Nyk and Giles today was just ridiculous. Save it for the refs Doh. Players don't respond to that. Don't think Dean Smith embarrassed players like that.

He'll win his way in or out of a job, but he ain't changing his sideline demeanor.

Doh lets his temper boil up and then uses substitutions the way some people count to ten or light up a cigarette. Doh gets pissed, he turns and reaches for a sub. Any sub.

Nice win and nice balanced effort from SMU. Fortunately La Tech was off on their three-pointers today.
It's huge to get a win like today when the other team leads 3-0 in team rebounds.
Go Ponies!

Vilde's minutes would come at the expense of nyuk, cunningham, smith, or williams. That is why we are not playing him. We are actually too deep in forwards?!
Nice win with no nyuk...

Cotton was on a verrrrrrrrrry short leash with Doh today. That was the best I've seen Losh play. If he can come close to that more often, that would be awesome.

Losh's best games as a Mustang by far.

Lush has learned to pass in the Princeton too. Great laser bounces into the lane.

I think Giles can be a really good player when he is focused. When he's not, he can be his worst enemy.
But I did love his transition hoop early in the second half.
I wonder if we'll see more of frog and Manuel in games as the season unfolds.
