What's up with that? When two of our guards are already out and the lone senior backcourt guy gets only 17 minutes??? Did he get hurt, too? I wasn't able to catch this game. What's the rest of that story?

Isham Was Injured

Just before halftime he went down with a twisted ankle.
Don't know how serious it might be - may be just a sprain.

He was turning the ball over repeatedly in the first half. I think I counted five turnovers in the 1st quarter alone. He is the most frustrating player on this team. He has the athletic skills you love in a player and yet he has been one of the most inconsistent players on the team for the past
3 1/2 yrs.

I wish him well and hope he recovers quickly. Even with his problems we are getting thin and need him in there.

Pearson is developing into one of our best players. Roberts will develop
into a star if his knees permit that. I have seen flahses of what he can
do; however, I think his knee and shoulder injuries have hampered his shooting so far this year. I hope he heals fast. I hope we don't have another example of what injuries did to Voc Atkins.

So Ike Ofoegbu gets his chance for 30 minutes and produces 3 points and 2 rebounds. Was this a wasted scholarship?
