3:59 left, 31-29 Miners on top. Roberts buries 3.
Simpson picks up 3rd foul...very stupid.

SMU up by 4!! Isham hits 3 pointer and Roberts steals/layup.
Internet feed is kinda slow compared to others.

Halftime tied at 37, Hopkins picked by Rivera and scores.
I don't like Pearson inbounding ball all the time, makes too many mistakes.

This may be the best half of B;ball by the Ponies in a year.

Well, the Miners have a couple of guys with 2 fouls that were sitting but the Ponies are hanging tough, especially on the road.
And it's nice to have a full roster finally.

I don't know. It would have to be really good to beat the 2nd half of the Boise game to garner that status. I haven't seen SMU play as well or as entertaining in so long I can't remember.

Yea, it's hard to beat those highlight dunks and the way they played at the Boise game. Pearson's was the dunk of the year.

BHop's wasn't bad either, and the call for hanging on the rim was a real homer.

I will agree that might have been SMU's best 1st hald of bball all year because it's on the road against a quality opponent. UTEP doing a better job of protecting the ball with almost 2:1 assists/tunrovers but Ponies are at least 1:1 for 1st half and doing a good job on the boards. Of course, part of that revbounding story is our offensive boards vs theirs. Need to do something about UTEP's shooting precentage...get tougher on D
