Kirk Snyder - What A Jerk!

I knew I hated this guy when he played against us. These quotes are from the Rockets v. Jazz on 03-28-05 (last night).
After sweeping to the rim to score through a Dikembe Mutombo foul, Utah's Kirk Snyder celebrated by wagging his tongue in front of the Rockets' bench.
"That's bush-league," Bob Sura said. "You don't do that kind of stuff in the NBA. In our last game, he made a racist comment to one of our players (Jon Barry). I'm not a fan."
Sura and Barry would not elaborate, and Snyder denied making any comments when the teams played last month.
When coach Jeff Van Gundy screamed for the technical foul, official Jack Nies hit him instead. Mehmet Okur put in the free throw, Snyder hit his, and the Jazz had a 16-2 run.
By the next dead ball, Utah coach Jerry Sloan benched Snyder and let the rookie know what he thought of his display.
The Rockets responded quickly.
"It got us riled up," McGrady said. "It was a little disrespectful. I just thought that was uncalled for, jumping in somebody's face on our bench. It sparked us a little bit, and we buckled down and closed out the game."
Press row view
Asked his reaction to Kirk Snyder's childish and stupid taunting, Jeff Van Gundy said: "No need." He didn't have to say it because Jerry Sloan already did, pulling Snyder without worrying about what it would do to a Utah run.
The Jazz are caught in a disappointing, injury-filled season. But they still do things one way -- Sloan's way -- a point he made very clear to Snyder.

I applaud Jerry Sloan, I hate Utah (always have) but respect Sloan.
