Underachiever who never played up to his potential on the Hilltop.

Great leaper, but not a great outside shooter. He has the ability to penetrate to the basket, but he did not always take advantage of that ability.

We have an good coach from the USA(Steven Wriedt/he played for the Monmouth University) and I hope that he maybe can take his potenial to an other level! You sad that he is a gread leaper, that confirms with that what I read in some articals, that he has won some slam dunk contests! Is he a real slasher?

Isham lets the game come to him. He is not aggressive. That is his major shortcoming. On the one hand you could see that and say that he is a team player who doesn't hog the ball; on the other you could say that he needs to be more assertive. He can indeed jump out of the building. He's a nice player but don't expect him to dominate. He gets most of is points in close. Outside shot is erratic. I think he difinitely has upside. If he really works at his game he could be a good role player.
