Who's the genius?

Why would you schedule your highest profile game of the year against Oklahoma, a top 10 program, on the same night as the ROSE BOWL??? Especially when there's a better than zero chance of Texas playing in the game? That is poor foresight, and is just another little thing that keeps this basketball program mediocre (on a good day).
By the way, totally non-sequitir, but has anyone heard anything about what Kato Armstrong is up to these days? I remember an article a few years back about him teaching in Garland...any updates? Just curious.
