Posted: Wed Dec 28, 2005 9:35 pmPosted: Wed Dec 28, 2005 10:21 pmHarvard was 8-4 coming into the game. They lost by 34 at Boston College last week, but otherwise not horrible. They had beaten Vermont, Long Island and Holy Cross by double digits each. Those are not great programs, but they have all gone to the NCAA tourney in recent years. Vermont beat Syracuse last March in tournament. SMU was favored by only 5 tonight. SMU played well, especially in the first half. We're not great but give credit where credit is due.
Posted: Thu Dec 29, 2005 12:21 amthat was a crazy game...poor #22 on the harvard team - he got treated by a ragdoll by the mustangs. good game - but what happened the 2nd half?! and was any one else confused on why that dallas maverick diop was there? i just now found out he went to the same school as bamba. glad we won that one. now we're ready for tcu!

Harvard is weak, but they're better than Savannah State and Hardin-Simmons. We played great in the first half, cruised through the second.

Diop and Bamba know eachother really well, Bamba's uncle (Gallo Fall) works for my Mavs, good guy...Bamba and Diop both went to Oak Hill Academy as well, I was wondering when we recruited Bamba why he chose SMU, I know his uncle being here had a hand in his decision...Bamba was at the last Mavs game too, when we crushed the Pacers
