somehow Rice lost to Yale at home at Autry Court tonite. SMU's victory over Harvard gives us a shot at the Ivy crown. Rice plays Princeton this week. Also, Tulsa lost to NTSU tonite. I'm not a big fan of this year's team but after watching score after embarrassing score this year we probably can finish in the upper division in a simply horid BB Conference. BTW UTEP only lost to Tech by one the other nite in Lubbock.

Tulsa basketball is hard to figure out. After a couple of trips deep into the NCAA tourney, they have been very bad since. This is a proud and traditionally strong basketball program, but they are struggling. I can’t imagine this is sitting well with the Tulsa fans.

Especially after the school chose to sink a ton of money into a major upgrade on the basketball arena, while choosing to leave the football stadium looking like a 3A field. Considering the current state of each program, I'm sure they'd like to go back in time and re-think that allocation of funds.

that is one bizzare switch in fortunes between Tulsa's basketball and football program. And CUSA has had some bad losses. We're not the only ones though. Clemson lost to Elon the other night. Elon?
