Saw Bamba limp off last night, I know he came back in but then sat the final 2 minutes.

Anyone know if he is injuried?

Sidenote - Anyone else notice that our cheerleaders didn't even bother to get up when the team came back out for the second half.....they were all eating (& don't get me started on their eating habits either) on the benches. I mean I know it was a bad game, but the least you can do is put the hot dog down and stand up and clap for a second, then you can go back to eating.......the band should beat them up.

You know ever since cheerleading became a sort of pseudo-sport, cheerleaders have developed this terribly bad habit of deciding that they are not required to do their jobs anymore. And since their selection is influenced to some degree by advisors from these cheerleading organizations, it is a self-perpetuating problem. Perhaps the student body should just start throwing food at them during the games, or start their own cheers like: Look we're here and we're gonna cheer. Cheerleaders suck, they don't give a #uck! Perhaps that might give them the message that just because these cheerleading organizations like the way they throw each other up in the air, doesn't mean they get a pass on actually leading cheers.

I was watching on all-access. I noticed at the end, when we were down by 2, with like 3 seconds left, and Tulsa was shooting 2 free throws. They ended up making both and we missed our last shot, so it didn't matter, but the game was STILL going on. During those final 2 free throws, I could clearly see our cheerleaders standing behind the Tulsa basket, you know the one he's trying to shoot into. They were like mannequins, I swear I even thought the all-access video froze for a second, they did not move an inch. I could hear the crowd trying to yell, etc, but they just stared and watched as he made the first and then second free throw. TRY. I don't care if we're losing by 97, you are a cheerleader, your job is not to reflect the team's performance, but be spirited and peppy and rah-rah no matter what.

Coach Tubbs said after the game that Bamba Fall "came down a little awkwardly on his knee" and that his removal from the lineup was precautionary. Fall is expected to be back in the lineup Saturday.

I believe he tweaked the left knee on the horrendous offensive goal tending call. He went to the bench shortly after that and was rubbing the knee and got up and did some stretching. When he went back into the game he looked OK. No limp but I guess it was still bothering him a little so he sat the remainder of the game.
