simply called MASON, not George Mason, I guess the complete school name is to tough and hard for Jim Nance to say....what next? Vill, instead of Villanova? Simply Notre, vs. Notre Dame? Just 'Cuse instead of Syracuse....I'm tired of CBS, it has started with their golf coverage, Lanny Watkins..UUGGHH!, Long Live Johnny Miller. Maybe NBC or ABC can wrestle away the NCAA package some day....Long Live Eric [deleted].

The games were unwatchable. I thought it was the worst final four ever.

And with Billy Packer it sure doesn't help. Both games sucked...maybe the final will be better.

Any idea as to when the last SMU basketball game shown on CBS was?

I give up...when?

My guess would be an NCAA tournament game. The loss to Loyola-Chicago perhaps?

Actually, they've been using NOVA for Villanova for sometime on their on-screen box score. It took me awhile to figure it out when I first saw it. Unfortunately, neither game was very good. Florida was too quick and too big for GMU. UCLA plays incredible defense. They shut down Memphis and LSU. I suspect that final will be low scoring. Pick the under.

When Oral Roberts was playing Memphis, instead of writing something simple like 'ORU' CBS used OR ROB, as I recall.

Let's just hope that when/if our Mustangs are back in the tourney & on CBS we don't see METH in the scorebox

Some intern was trying to be clever. I hope he/she got their butt chewed out.
