ok we got one.. dez.. how much has he helped.. lets look at this in a real world POV.. if a CEO comes in and profits are the same or go down(tubbs record).. is he goin to get an extension.. NO he will get fired and the company will hire another CEO..

Now is this goin to hurt our recruting?
I really don't think so.. it didn't help us and what will bring recruits.. lets hear form leonard bishop,

lets bring in a coach who can win and win soon.. that will bring the recruits, losing sure didn't bring them so obviously winning is the answer.. PERIOD

More time, thats an excuse.. what DISD mother who would not want their son to go to smu and get a great degree and play minutes from home...

I was a huge Tubb's backer, but other coaches have found ways to win w/ or without talent...
