crazy? lets not get carried away. What was the deal with Ritter? Was he just on a long suspension or something? I take it he always had a chance to be reinstated since he never was off the roster.

Posted: Thu Apr 27, 2006 9:59 amI dont mind the idea of giving Ritter or anybody a second chance if its appropriate. I guess that leaves just two scholarships open, not 3. Its gonna be real interesting to see what Doherty does here pretty quick.

Not sure where he will go but the talk was he wanted to be closer to home.

Posted: Thu Apr 27, 2006 1:39 pmI heard it was some of each -- the homesickness, I gather, is quite real, but I've also heard what you're reporting, Blog. I gather from several people that it is a combination of the two, and like you, I heard he withdrew long before Coach Tubbs was dismissed.
