I got sick of the "Burgers and Cheer" cr@p and took JT behind the woodshed. Let that be a lesson to Hoop Fan. Actually, I think he is traveling somewhere.

I have had a bunch of stuff keeping me distracted. My birthday, the Mavs, work, the kids, the wife, the Mavs. I used to help write for a Mavs fan site, so I kind of get sucked in during the playoffs every year.

dont forget the Mavs. But since you brought it up, have we had any substantiation and disclosure of major violations yet? Any word when the self punishment as well as any ncaa punishment will be announced?

Thanks for the heads-up Friar, you seem to have the inside track when it comes to pending donations...btw, are we talking $1M or significantly higher??

It would be great if we could surpass the $12M goal...I suspect BB could use all the extra money it can get its hands on.

Only $12M? I would think we could blow right through that number. Perhaps Swimming & Diving will go first and get a new Aquatic Center, if that is all a Revenue Sport can do.

Go to Houston or San Antonio the next few nights and you will be hit up for money. At least when they mention basketball practice facility they mention indoor/outdoor tennis courts, new natatorium and upgrade to Wescott.
