Congratulations to Hopkins -- too bad they couldn't spell his first hame right. Here's hoping he makes the best of his opportunity. I'd heard he might be going to join Phoenix's summer league team.
Either way .... knock 'em dead, BHop.
(Hmmm -- TCU-ex Bingo Merriex also is listed, and I always thought he was a decent player....)

B-Hop, who is still listed as Brian Hopkins, had 11 points and 8 assists in the Mavs summer league team win over Nigeria at TCU's Daniel-Meyer Colliseum

He's got a long road to hoe. His height is definitely going to be an issue. But if he shines, other teams might look at him for camp.
