They had early print deadlines. And it appears no writer covered the game. They took the AP (pretty sad), so by the time they got the AP's version, they couldn't fit it in.

yes it is pretty sad, but Kate is doing a great job so far. I thought Calvin did a good job, but Kate is exceeding my expectations covering the Mustangs. I'm sure this will be the exception, not the rule
Posted: Fri Nov 24, 2006 11:10 amI agree, Kate has done a great job. I can't ever remember us playing a game (especially at home) without some sort of story. Orsini and Doherty, need to send PonySoprano, and some of his goons to the DMN and make sure this doesn't happen again
