So, will there still be lockers in Moody or will they use the one in the practice facility full time? Seems like a long way to Moody.

The distance from the lockerrooms in the practice facility and the playing field in Moody couldn't be more than 200 feet. Whether or not they use the facility during games or not is a different beast.

You're right. Too far. We need to scrap this project. I knew there was something that wasn't right.

I was just curious if they were going to use the locker room in Moody for games. Doherty stated the locker rooms in Crum were more like lounges. I inferred that he meant they were so luxurious, but he could have meant they were the "hang out" area and the real lockers were in Moody. Just trying to get clarity.

I asked the same thing about the locker rooms on Saturday. I would guess that the locker rooms in Crum would serve as our team's before and after the game. The current locker rooms would probably just be a place to go at halftime if even that.

I like that Coach included this in his contract. It shows his commitment and puts a lot of responsibility back on the school to help him make this a big-time program.

they will be using the new locker rooms - it is my understanding that the old locker rooms will be torn down for the moody renovation (making the hallways wider, adding new bathrooms and moving the consession stands to outside walls so they can cook)

Well, there's a large section of scaffolding in there right now in preparation for the new scoreboard installation. So, I guess you could say that it's happening already!

Is that going to happen between Dec. 13 and our next home game, Dec. 30?

I think that is the plan. I'll ask around tonight and see if there's more information out there.

I thought the question was, 'when will the renovatons begin for Moody?' The new scoreboard is wonderful and much needed, but what discussions are underway to enhance/renovate Moody, e.g. concourses, amenities, seating, etc.?

Cash registers for the concession stands would be nice! Can we not afford that in Ford or Moody?

I would assume the renovation to moody would not get fully underway until the practice facility is finished. Then the coaches can move out of the old offices so that they can be torn down so the amenities and concourses can be improved.
