Anyone care to make a prediction?

Centenary?
TCU?
OU?

I'm going with Memphis on Feb. 3

The smart money would be on OU to end the streak although I think the TCU game could be tough and I hope we are ready to play that one.

Because I am in a sunshiner mood today I will say the next loss will come at Houston on Jan. 13th. :P

Its been a long time, but TCU had pretty good teams back then when we played them regularly.

This year they are one of the worst teams in the country and I would imagine we should have a good shot of beating them....I don't really see past records in Ft. Worth as being an issue here because the teams are totally different now.

winning by 1 point on the road especially against a traditional rivals is always an achievemt-when are some of you going to learn this lesson-it will beat you across the head for the rest of your life until you do. SMU should be thrilled with a 1 point win in Ft. Worth.

When are you guys going to understand that TCU is bad?

My point is why give TCU any credit when they don't deserve it? After all, we should hate them...

I say 1/10 against Southern Miss...but then we pull the upset on Houston on 1/13

Are you kidding? You think we will beat OU on the road but lose to USM at home? Check out any RPI page. USM may be undefeated, but they've played one of the 10 worst schedules in the country.

I want to say that was the 1999-2000 season when we won something like 93-90. Willie Davis went nuts. Great game. Think we got control of it in the final 1:30.

Keep this in mind about winning on the road in athletics. It's very hard. So when you win, it's a good win. Just like it will be should we take care of business Saturday in Shreveport.

Remember, we didn't in Monroe, La. last year and that set the tone for a terrible season. Hopkins or no Hopkins.

I will be thrilled with a win regardless of the score, but a win is still expected this year.

I still have nightmares about the Rice game a few years back in Houston in that damn high school gym that they call a basketball arena!
