Nice numbers for women's basketball

Found this on the SMU website about the women's team:

In last week's national team stats, SMU improved to fourth in free throw percentage, 22nd in field goal percentage defense, 29th in three-point field goal percentage, 55th in scoring offense, 52nd in scoring margin, and 63rd in personal fouls per game.

You always hear coaches talking about how it's often overlooked, but free throws are such a vital part of the game. Kudos to Coach Rompola and her staff for getting the message home and working with their players to make sure this aspect of the game isn't taken lightly.
