Is there any interest in getting a group to meet up before the SMU vs. Houston game Saturday January 13th in Houston? Tip off is at 5:00 p.m., so we could meet up sometime before then. I would like to bring my four year old son, so maybe Two Rows in the Village would be good meeting place.

I am open to ideas if anyone is interested. If we get a big enough group, I could get some group seating at the game.

How about postgame? I am going to be in town but I'm leaving directly from a meeting to get to the game (and bringing at least 1 person with me to support SMU).

Count me in! I'm not sure yet whether I can meet before or after the game, but I definitely plan on making the game.

Due to the lack of interest in getting a group together before the SMU vs. UH game in Houston this Saturday, we will not have a gathering. In February when SMU comes down to Houston again to play Rice, I will see if we have more people interested. I am thinking that maybe there is a small number of SMU Alumni registered on Pony Fans.com that live in Houston.

Sorry I did not see this post. I will be attending the game but am taking some of the kids from the youth league team I coach so cannot do the bar thing immediately before or after the game. There might be a few other SMU fans I am gathering to go. If the turnout increases I'll post here and see if we might be able to get something going.

For those of us going to the game, do you still want to meet someplace to grab a snack and/or drink? Tipoff is at 5:00, so we could meet around 3:00 or so.
