I was very happy when I read that this morning, and I think it is pretty obvious Rack will be on the bench. I really wish Doh would give Spencer more minutes also. He has looked pretty decent the few times he has played, and it would be great for him to get experience for the future.

We really need to win this game tonight, and for some reason I think we will. Dreaming? I hope not because I have already purchased airline tickets to Memphis for the tournament.

Bamba already started last game in place of Rack. The way he played against UH, his first double-double in his career, earned him a spot. His establishment of position in the post that game is really the most encouraging thing I have seen from Bamba, other than his natural shot blocking ability, in his tenure at SMU.

On another note, does it bother anyone else that the article lists "remembering plays better" as an improvement in his game? I am not one to hold physical and/or talent short comings against a player but mental lapses such as not remembering plays is really unacceptable.
