I attended Coach Doherty's radio show for the first time yesterday. I cannot recommend it highly enough. He is one funny guy; Rich does a great job with moving the topics along; and the restauant is nice. Coach Doherty really works the crowd during the breaks. He came over and introduced himself and spoke to us all the way till Rich started the program up.

The hour seemed to go by very fast, probably since I was enjoying myelf so much. They even mixed in some Cowboy coaching talk as Coach Doherty wanted to talk about it. (I think he was partial to Parcells since he was in New York when they won a Super Bowl and Lawrence Taylor played at NC when he was there.) We couldn't have picked a better guy to bring this program back. And that will happen because he will make it happen. he has already started.

Come down next week. I promise, you'll enjoy it.

Wonder if there will be a radio show in the fall with Phil Bennett.

I second the sentiment. I brought 2 friends along with me this week and both intend to come back.

I've been pleasantly surprised that I am actually hearing new and interesting information each time. There was some good info on how they use video in game preparation a couple weeks ago. I learned that to simulate the press in practice, they will sometimes use 6 against 5 or allow fouls from the defense this past week.

I would be going anyway, but I like that I am not hearing the same prepared pep talk over and over. This is partly attributable to Rich, who really does a good job with follow up questions.
