Rivals lists him as 6'6 190 3 star recruit. Shows UCLA, Kansas and Oklahoma State as his choices. No mention of SMU although I don't have Rivals access.

Also, isn't Mt. Zion the prep school T-Mac came out of? Heres to hoping Rhodes will be a poor man's T-Mac for the Mustangs next season!

Mt. Zion has had alot of major players pass through their gym, including McGrady, but they are one of the schools I'd rather stay away from. They have an ugly reputation (read the book "Sole Influence" sometime), and they're one of the schools in danger of losing academic certification from the NCAA.
Mt. Zion has always been a prep powerhouse, but South Kent has beaten them twice this year. The first time was Papa Dia's best game of the season, 25 points, 14 boards, 4 blocks.

As I read this he has an offer, has medium interest and yet has not even seen the school? Visit, none? If that is correct is he coming to see the school in the near future?

Sorry, not a member of scouts. Got any details? Of course the main detail would be that he committed to us.

I guess the fact that we were down to one 'ship and he did not have other offers closed the deal.

I assume this means Katuka is out of the picture.
