It was on again last nite. What a great and entertaining game to watch. I've seen it three times now and every time I see it, I am reminded how close we were to winning.
We missed three easy layups (Killen on his jump stop, Pearson on that fast break and Spencer on the dunk). With that 6 points, we win.
We missed 10 free throws, mostly in the second half. By making not even half of those, we win.
If we box out on that air ball with a minute to go or if we get the rebound after CDRs two choke misses, we have a good chance of winning.
Without the BS calls that fouled Rack and Killen out, we had a good chance of winning.
I truly believe this was a statement game that things are beginning to turn around. I believe that we can beat USM on Wednesday.
But oh, what might have been!!!!
