UH gives Penders Extension
Posted: Thu Mar 29, 2007 10:16 amUH gave Penders an extension, which coupled with Calapari's extension is good for CUSA. If all of these good coaches stay put for the next 4 years, especially Calapari (and DOH!), then maybe CUSA can become a competitive multi-bid conference.

"I'm honored that Dave wanted to do this, and this is where I want to end my career. When you're happy and the people you work for feel strongly enough to offer you a new contract, I'm ecstatic about that."
