Don't see it happening, but I didn't see it posted here and it got me curious of Doherty's contract details. What does he currently make and for how long?

It's very dangerous to give Arkansas fans a computer.
My understanding is that Coach Doherty makes a base salary of about $400K with incentives that could bump it up to around $600K.
Anyone know if that's about right?

Here's what gets me. OK, so they find a computer someway, somehow. But where do they get the electricity to power the dang thing? Must be alums living out-off-state.

This has been my worry. Doherty has everything they could want and expect right now.

I went on a more frequented and reliable message board than hogville and Doherty has been discussed. The posters there, and as we all know, the posters on message boards are the primary people consulted in all hires, pretty well feel Doherty is a bad, useless coach that they would never settle for. One guy even said that Doherty uses such bad language during games that the Arkansas fans would not tolerate it. Hopefully they will all continue to think that way.

Recalls a great line from Animal House:
Hey they've insulted our coach. Only we are allowed to insult our coach

I do not know if you are talking branch office or not. The firm they are using is based in Atlanta.

Going 3-12 in conference in SEC at Arkansas your first year and going 3-12 in CUSA your first year at SMU are two different worlds. Here, SMU fans are for the most part intelligent. We are used to losing and understand that you have to play with the hand your dealt. At Arkansas, they'll rape your dog and kill sister for having such a losing record. And any coach with half a brain knows that with Hog players already packing their bags to transfer and getting hired AFTER signings have been completed will make next year very, very ugly for the Hogs. I think Broyles finally got stuck on this one.

that was painful to read. Posts like, "Don Nelson, former NBA coach"
Hog fans don't follow the NBA?
Then again, the title of that thread is, "Foundation Jet in Dallas." Don't suppose there's a Mustang Club jet, is there?

Doh would raise the IQ of the state and do great harm to the "one state, one DNA" motto.

Watch it there cheese boy. Just because our family tree is a straight line does not mean we are all stupid. The Wedding March played on the banjo is a beautiful sound.

I wonder how people know that a jet (which is inside an airfield) is in said airfield in another state.

dunno, but if it is at Love Field it can potentially seen from the roads surrounding the airport. I know I check out the Mavs/Stars and Ranger planes every time I travel south on Marsh/Lemmon and cross over NW Hwy. For a long time there was a Saudi Royal Kingdom 747 that was sitting at the south end of the airport, apparently it was getting re-outfitted for one of the princes.

I like seeing Arkansans smile. The tooth is well polished.
