I got my last car at Carmax. Can't say I have any cause for complaint.

Last time I needed to sell a car, I looked up the Kelley Blue Book value on it, and CarMax gave me 47 percent MORE than the KBB value. That really shocked me. They also didn't try to coerce me into buying from them, either. They just gave me an offer for my car and I took it. For a mass-transaction place like that, I didn't expect that. They were really cool with me.
