SMU's new assistant basketball coach is...
I interrupt my vacation to give you this tidbit...Wouldn't be surprised to have SMU men's hoops coach Matt Doherty announce Milton Barnes has his new associate head coach in the near future. Barnes will likely replace Mike Garland, who returned to Michigan State after last season.
Barnes is a former head coach at Eastern Michigan, in the NBDL and was also an assistant at Minnesota.

Well i can't wait to see some of the exciting plays like the basketball under the jersey and the confetti bucket on the crowd. Those plays have stood the test of time and could really bring a spark to our offensive attack and eventual CUSA domination.

Warming up in a circle to Sweet Georgia Brown should help fire up the crowd. That might even be on the Mustang Band's playlist.
