our attendance is uttetly atrocious, i really hope we start winning games on a consistent basis...i believe norfolk st. beat us out on average attendance

I think the school with the most impressive attendance is Dayton. They averaged 12,266. That is amazing for a school their size that didn't play in the post season.

I personally think that excuse is a cop out. There are plenty of small university towns with not much entertainment to speak of that don't draw flies to their games.
