What I have to say is pathetic, but true. This morning I told my wife to meet me at my office with my son, so that he and I could go to the SMU game tonight. She asked, "who are they playing?" I responded, "South Carolina..." and she interrupted with "oh, that's kind of a step up from Paul Quinn." I didn't correct her.

I did the same thing and I will be taking my son and meeting 3 other
people at the game.

Crowd could be sparse so bring as many people as you can even if you
have to say we are playing South Carolina

USC-U is coming off a crushing loss to NAIA semi-powerhouse Bluefield College. They'll be looking for some payback.

Our team has no control over who they play. They have to show up regardless. Come support them! It beats fighting the Christmas crowd at Northpark!

That's funny, I thought the head coach had complete control over who he played in non-conference, and went out of his way to load the schedule with teams like this. Oh well, my mistake.

I think the bigger story today is that it's still 7 hours until game time, and this thread already has 8 replies. We're off to a really good start.

I hate USC Upstate.

I heard they don't screw the lid back on tightly on the 2 liter coke bottles and put it back in the fridge so when go to pour your coke it is flat.
I hate them.
