Calling on All SMU Fans

On January 31, 2008 at 7pm on the Hilltop it is absolutely, positively, extremely important that the Mustang Womens Basketball team come out and defend their home court against conference leading UTEP. I am asking all SMU fans to show up and support your Womens Basketball team. If there was ever a time that we need Fan support it will this game and every home game afterwards. This team has a chance to do some things that no Womens team here has done and it would be nice to have SMU fans come out and support them in their efforts. There have been those that will say this team is thus far underachieving this year due to how they have lost the 5 games in the "L" column. I too feel that this team can do better in closing out games and the next two games will be a true test of whether this team is a "Contender" or "Pretender". It is now time to show up or blow up! I for one believe that this team has what it takes to silence the critics and get ur done! It would be nice if more of my fellow SMU fans felt the same and demonstrated that belief by showing up in numbers tomorrow. Go Mustangs!!

You know I'd be there but Thursday are tough for me and my two because of Dance. I realize the importance, so I'll be listening.

We hope to get out there Saturday against Tulane.
