Why wouldn't you take Memphis by 30.5? Ponies have to play the game of their lives to hangwith this years Tiger Team. Totally different than last years team.

Yeah I have to go with Memphis in this one especially with what happened against UTEP last week. They are going to want to make a statement, and unfortunately, it will be against us.

It is sometimes tough to motivate teams when they are playing a real bottom feeder, which we are. It is even tougher to get your guys to continue to play hard, good basketball for a full 40 minutes when you are up by 30 points. Trust me if we lose by less than 30, I do NOT think it will be because we are that good, it will be because of the reasons listed above.

So if we lose by 30, can we consider that a moral victory?

You're right, Icon. Memphis has at times played down to the level of their competition. That being said, I still think they will cover. Their second team could probably outscore our starters by 30 over 40 minutes.

ridiculous. not anyones comments. simply that we are 30+ point underdogs to anybody, anywhere, any time.
