Mustangs win - 70-68! Move to 16-6 overall and 6-3 in conference. Nice win - congrats. Now beat Cougar High on Saturday.

Not Lady Mustangs - just Mustangs. Been that way for 15 years or so...
I was there tonight. Ugly game, but a good win. Conference win on the road - always good. Horrible gym. Dodds was off tonight, I would guess (haven't seen her since last year), but she also got belted a few times with no calls. Rice was better than I thought, and looked like a tough team to play against - and their center is huge.

Yes, and Dodds is really going to have to step it up. But we have been hot from the free throw line.
In our last two games against Tulane and Rice, we are 54-62 (87%). Awesome. That's how you win games.
These two losses to Tulsa are really killing us right now. You don't lose to bad teams. And we did twice.

Tulsa lost last night to Houston, so we're ahead of them again. If we finish tied with them, they get the higher seed in the C-USA tournament because of their wins over us. We need to beat Cougar High Saturday to stay ahead of them.

I really don't understand the losses to Tulsa at all. I watched in pure amazement that last game. Tulsa isn't good at all!
