Nice job on the sixth straight win. Had to listen on the radio:

*Seemed like Rice wanted to go more zone against us. I'm sure we'll start seeing more of that because of our inside presence.

*Sounded like Dodds played well as did Samuels.

*At 20-6, 10-3 in CUSA, we have a 2-game lead over both Houston and UAB for second. Both of them lost tonight, according to standings I looked at. If we beat UH Saturday, I think we clinch the No. 2 seed for the tournament.

Let's be greedy and get No. 7 ladies.

Way to go, Ponies! Dodds and that big Rice center had a nice battle going on, and Samuels broke out with a strong night. Rice's center played great, and we overcame - again.
Congratulations, Mustangs - now go BEAT THE HELL OUT OF COUGAR HIGH!

What a show they put on last night. Samuels got out of her rut with four 3s, and Dodds and that big Rice center really had a great battle going.

CONGRATULATIONS ON 20 WINS! MAKE IT 21 AGAINST COUGAR HIGH!

Janielle Dodds is awesome. We all talk about her offense, and rightly so, but she had her hands full on the defensive end against a terrific player last night, and she stayed out of foul trouble and effective until the end. Great game.

Rice looked rather formidible. Not as easy of a game as I was hoping for, but the ladies played very well. Rice was playing a pretty physical game at times.
