I wondered the same thing - dunno.
Although I shudder to hear the old one referred to as OUR Dave Bliss.
Would be much better to refer to him only as "former Baylor psychopath Dave Bliss."

UGA's Bliss is from Wisconsin, and I think was born there.
I don't think the former coach ever lived in Wisconsin.

...so unless the kid is a lovechild from when IU went up to play Wisconsin, I'm guessing no relation.
