I know this site is not terribly respected but it has some merit for discussion purposes.
Jordan is a real project. He couldn't even start for A&M and became almost a non-factor as the season wore on and the tournament began. The guy has talent. He can run, jump and has some nice moves around the basket. Eventually he might be a good NBA player but he is being drafted on potential alone. He is very immature but in a few years he could be a good NBA player. I'm leary of him.
Love IMHO will be a huge bust in the NBA. He has gone from 7-0 to 6-9 since march. At this rate he will be 5-10 by the draft. He's not going to get the callls in the NBA that he did in college. Bench rider for the duration of his contract the on to Europe.
Rose over Beasley as the top pick is interesting. Can't lose with either one.

Are you sure Q was drafted? I believe he played in Europe and then got picked up by the Clippers. I sure hope Sasser took care of his short lived NBA paycheck.

Q was a free agent. He went to play in Belgium, and Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy liked him enough to fly overseas to invite him to come to camp in Los Angeles.

They had 4 first round picks that year, so I think they probably weren't surprised 1 or 2 didn't pan out.

Love will be a good pro player IF he gets his conditioning together. His weight and conditioning are what scare me away most from the guy. His footwork, positioning, and outlet passing are all fantastic (especially his outlet passing- WOW!). He actually has a decent jumpshot and has a knack for getting to/finding the ball.
I don't see Love as an impact player on a bad team but rather a guy who could flourish in a smaller role on a good team. If he falls to the late first round he could be a nice pickup for someone. Think about him starting the break for a team like the Nuggets or the Warriors. There is potential there to me.
I also like Joey Dorsey as a nice addition to an already good team. I see him playing a Jason Maxiel type role in the NBA.
DJ Augustine is not a starting PG on any team advancing to round 2 of the playoffs in the NBA. He is just not athleic enough considering his small stature. This mockdraft does not have him really high but I have seen most with him going in the top 10. That just seems crazy to me.

Kevin Love looks like the second coming of Armon Gilliam or Keith Van Horn (I know - very different players). Enough size and talent to be serviceable, but not enough pure athleticism to be really great.
