Posted: Thu Dec 04, 2008 10:25 amYes, it is a locally produced Time Warner Sports Network. They mostly show HS football and basketball games but they sprinkle in a college game too. The network is in its infancy and should continue to grow....well that was the plan before the Great Depression of 2008.
