Very pleasant surprise to see SMU there.
Paul McCoy (SMU)- SMU? Matt Doherty certainly used his magic to grab this kid from the likes of Kentucky, Virginia and Pepperdine (who McCoy originally signed with). McCoy will give the Mustangs an athletic option at point guard. He’s more of a combo guard, but I expect the SMU staff to develop McCoy into a solid distributor.
