They have really been struggling. UNC-Greensboro was 1-7 and 0-2 in Southern Conference play.

UNCG is moving to The Greensboro Colesium next year, my guess is that Dement will be an Assistant AD by then. Although his useful life as a coach was over some 10 years ago, most likely this will be the final resting place.
