I remember thinking Killen would never amount to anything and look what Doh and the staff did with him.

Give him some time. Nobody is happy about losing, but he is the first coach that has come in with any passion and is busting his [deleted] in recruiting. I am aware, recruiting does not matter without wins, but lets see what he can get done.

There are a ton of 4-Stars that end up sucking. We are lucky that the one we have looks to be special.

Right - doh is recruiting some great players, and when a guy like Killen plays well then it is because doh coached him up, but when a player plays poorly it is because the he is lazy, he's not tough, etc... I get it now.

McCoy was a 4-Star and then for some reason fell to a 3.

McCoy is a legit 4 star and Dia is close.
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.”- Jalen Jones
