Wondered where he was, didn't hear the pregame and they didn't mention it in the post game....Just knew he wasn't even on the bench or in the stands.

Also noticed that Lutz & Barnes weren't on the bench @ Saturdays game.
Hopefully out recruiting & not suspended

They were on the recruiting trail per a team manager. Also, I don't know if anyone has menionted this, but Wednesday night we had 12 recruits in townfor the Memphis game. Three of them were personally invited to the Memphis locker room by Coach C, but declined his offer and instead visited SMU. I don't know what to read into that, but clearly the atmosphere and our play made some sort of an impression with these kids.

I wondered about that, as well. We really brought in 12 guys on the same weekend, for 1 scholarship? Who were they?

Memphis game was a Wednesday so I am guessing these were local recruits. Maybe it was an entire team?
I could see having 12 recruits in for a weekend game though, could be class of '09 and '10 right?

Perhaps, but when he says "we had 12 recruits in townfor the Memphis game. " that makes it sound like they came from out of town. Regardless, I'd still like to know who they were.
I'd like to know other things, like why Calipari was talking to recruits visiting us, at all, but their names would be a good place to start.
almost game time, gotta go.

I don't remember the individual names, but as a group they go by "Granny Globetrotters"
