I hate the Tar Holes.
I really hate Roy Williams (who still hasn't acknowledged Coach Doherty for recruiting the players who won Williams a ring).
I absolutely despise everything about Puke and the Pukies.
But that's a really funny picture.

I'm cheering for an engineering catastrophe in hopes the venue implodes

I'm kind of nervous about this game as a Duke fan. Will the team from the first 20 games show up, or the team that lost its confidence vs Clemson after losing a game vs Wake on an inbounds play?
Nolan is the best athlete with the most ability to run the point, but Pawlus has the senior leadership. Pawlus may get the team through some confidence times, but Nolan needs to be on the floor vs. the highest competition.
Lets go Duke.

I think Tyler makes 5-0.
Duke has no inside counter for him. If do had any inside presence, they would go deep in the tourney. They will be cold one of the games and lose in the sweet 16 or elite 8.

Brilliant suggestion. Perfect outcome for a game with these two teams.
Just make sure Duke's Sports Information Director gets out first - worked at SMU for years, and he's an awesome guy.

I've been watching ESPN Classic's past Duke/Carolina classics the past few days. Although I prefer it when the Blue Devils win, I can still remember the sound and the feeling when Jeff Capel hit "the shot" to send it to double OT in 1995. After the final buzzer sounded, I was so sweaty, hoarse, weak, wobbly, and absolutely spent. Greatest. Game. Ever.
I so wish that we could create 1/10th the atmosphere that Cameron had that day. We have all the ingredients, but no one has any idea how to cook.
Administration shoots self in foot by putting scouting risers where baseline bleachers for students should be,
season ticket holders don't show up so there are empty blue seats,
students that do show up wear Greek colors and letters rather than the school colors,
when the witty group of about 5 guys that seem to actually know how to cheer at a basketball game start a cheer***, few join in -- not even the band, a great personal source of shame for me,
kiss cam after tying the game,
Rock n Roll when down 10,
The list goes on ...
*** I must give props to those guys. They're at every game, they start cheers, they do their research on opponents before the game, they ride the refs. Also, a special shout out to Thomas Morestead who was at the Memphis game and was one of the most vocal and enthusiastic fans in the building.

I'm hoping that there is a stomach flu outbreak and the players are tossing cookies throughout the game.
