At the half - 41-33 SMU. Hot shooting by the Mustangs so far - 51% from the floor. Would be a HUGE win.

We lost - 75-73. Bad turnovers at the end of the game. That's a tough loss.

Tough loss indeed, but some folks played well.

Delisha Wills was brilliant - maybe the best game of her career. 22 points (1 off career high), 13 rebounds (tied career high) - was two rebounds short of a FIRST-HALF double-double. She was the best player on the floor, and for most of the game, it wasn't even close.

Brittany Gilliam set a new personal record with four three-pointers.

Christine Elliott was, at times, unstoppable, but needs more consistency.

Jillian Samuels nearly saved the day with her three-pointer that was perhaps the longest shot I've ever seen hit in a women's game (other than one of those end-of-the-half heaves). A good 7-8 feet behind the line, maybe more - nothing but net. She tied her freshman mark of 51 three-pointers - she now has three of the top nine single-season marks for three-pointers in school history.
