You have to learn how to win as a team; we out played #2 (CUSA) Tulsa the majority of the game until the last three minuets, and then we just lay down because it’s what we do.

I think that is a direct reflection on the coaching staff to properly motivate the players mentally. (Perhaps it’s not possible with this coach or group of players). I saw coach jumping, making noise, stomping his foot, but apparently he’s not into their heads. That loss is mental, not physical. Every player is motivated differntly mentally, you have to find the key to each, and then allow them the freedom to win, or head on down the road like JJ recently implemented. Loosing is a bad habit! It’s not expectable all the time…
