Didn't see this mentioned anywhere so I thought I would post it. Papa played in the adidas Nations event in Carrollton about 2 weeks ago with some of the NCAA's top players. They primarily scrimmaged, at least when I was watching, and he generally backed up the likes of Derrick Favors and Samardo Samuels. I have to believe he was a replacement for Cole Aldrich of Kansas (or one of the other players that didn't show), but great experience for him nonetheless. He didn't do anything spectacular, but didn't embarass himself either. Here is a list of the players who attended:

COLLEGE COUNSELORS
• Cole Aldrich - Kansas
• Craig Brackens - Iowa State
• Deonta Vaughn- Cincinnati
• Derrick Favors - GA Tech
• Desmond Carter - Baylor
• Dominique Jones - South Florida
• Donald Sloan -Texas A&M
• Ekpe Udoh - Baylor
• James Anderson -Oklahoma State
• Jarvis Varnado - Mississippi State
• Jerime Anderson - UCLA
• Johnathan Tiller - Missouri
• Kevin Foster - Santa Clara
• Malcolm Lee - UCLA
• Nolan Smith - Duke
• Paul George - Fresno State
• Roderick Flemings - Hawaii
• Samardo Samuels - Louisville
• Scotty Hopson - Tennessee
• Terrance Jennings - Louisville
• Tyler Smith - Tennessee
• Tyler Zeller - UNC
• Wayne Chism- Tennessee

Let's hope some of the elite players' work ethic and low post moves rubbed off on Papa, so that is he ready to not only work hard off the court, but only the court to utilize his large frame.
