70-59. Rice lost some good players to fouls. Their FR player #14 - Kazemi from Iran is a stud.

I mentioned before that I didnt understand why so many people picked Rice so low in the conference pre-season predictions. They returned everyone who played well when they beat us in Houston last year, they got Kuipers back from injury, and they had one of the best reruiting classes in the conference. Tamir Jackson and Arsalan Kazemi are going to be impact players in this league. They'll be over .500 this year, and maybe in the top half of C-USA.

They looked pretty good. Kazemi is a versatile kid, and Jackson has always produced at the highest levels. Luckily, their '10 class doesn't impress, so I'm not that worried yet. Braun is a damn good coach, though. Honestly, that game wasn't too different then our game vs. A&M. Rice just has a few skill sets that make them look more refined then we are currently ie face up bigs

and a nice new facility built to an appropriate size for their program is a big plus, too
