that, along with the writeup in the FWST, and the espndallas mention after the Memphis game, and 5 or 6 other things coming up, are all part of a brilliant PR scheme orchestrated by Orsini to make Clyde's hire a perceived coup for SMU.

oh wait, we're SMU. I'm sure none of it's related.

I've heard no talk about TCU. Are they happy with their coach? I wouldn't be surprised to see Gillespie end up in purple. Who knows. My guess is that he is back to work soon.

bottom line is...if we don't get him, one of our rivals probably will. Most likely Houston. And BCG would make UH a powerhouse in CUSA.

It's going to take a diploma mill to hire the guy. Tons exist, so he'll be employed soon, but he can't recruit to a private w/academic standards
