Posted: Wed Mar 31, 2010 11:23 amDickerson wasn't even a good assistant at Maryland. He lacks charisma, personality, and doesn't evaluate very well. I'm not sure what type of splash Tulane can make in this industry climate and job market. Other then Floyd, the hires have been underwhelming
