believe he is in the clear now. PonyDoh might have more info than I do though.

Smith just his qualifying test score this month, but may still be a question or two about his transcript. After all, most of the early portions are from the British Virgin Islands. That said, the test score was the huge hurdle and he seems to be pretty close to being good to go.
