I don't know why he would pick us over a school like BC. Haha I do hope he picks the ponies though.

According to inside sources (yeah I know that sounds dumb, but I was told not to say who), BC has only 1 scholly left, and do not want to use it on Cunningham, as they already have 2 kids coming in that play the same position.

His choice, do I want to be a number 1 option on a lousy team (that could improve) or do I want to ride the bench for the first few years on an ACC team that will struggle to keep its head above water.

who was it that transferred away from BC last year? Or two years ago? Wasnt it a guy on a team we played last year?

Marquez Haynes transferred away from BC and landed at UT-Arlington a few years ago, if that's who you're thinking of.

Several things: BC wants either Damien Caine or Cunningham for their last big ship. They still have a ship for a PG. They definitely want Cunningham and brought him in well before Caine. Its true that they have two other recruits who play roughly the same system, but the new BC staff is Cornells crew. That means 4 out, 1 in, which means skill, not position. BC will win w/system not recruit rankings, cause they will have the worst class in the ACC on paper.

Cunningham is a face-up 4, and he's not necessarily better than Leslee, Vilde, Nyakundi or Eric Norman, just had an extra star from one service in high school. I keep hearing BC has recruits at his position, but we have one already in this class(Norman) and are still after guys like Cunningham, Tre Drye and a bunch of others. Cunningham isn't option #1 if he comes, he'll have to earn it, just like at BC. The '11 SMU roster has a real chance, if this class closes strongly.
